As a Senior software engineer, you will be familiar with AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools, and you will communicate with our international team located in Granada, Madrid, and Amsterdam in Spanish and English.

What we are looking for in you:

As a Senior Python Engineer, you will have the chance to work on an application that manages millions of supermarket promotions used worldwide by the big multinationals of the food industry. If you like to challenge yourself by building complex web applications, this is the right position for you!

• Business-minded engineer: You see beyond the code, understanding how technology drives business impact.
• 3+ years of experience in Python projects
• 2+ years of experience in MongoDB databases
• Experience with Python data management modules: Pandas and Numpy
• Experience in Pytest tests
• Good knowledge of Git
• Good communications skills
• Able to translate complex business requirements into feasible technical user stories

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python web frameworks: Flask (preferred) or Django
• Continuous Integration/Delivery: Github, CircleCI or Docker
• Experience in Javascript Framework: React
• Experience deploying and operating public Cloud Infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of tools like Apache Spark, Apache parquet-based, HDFS, Jupyter Notebooks
