Junior Sales Executive

What you’ll do:

• Generate new business opportunities: Prospect, qualify, and connect with potential clients interested in tech and AI solutions.
• Build key relationships: Understand client needs and turn them into real solutions alongside our team.
• Manage the sales cycle: From first contact to closing deals, working closely with our Account Directors.
• Improve sales processes: Spot opportunities to enhance tools and prospecting strategies.
• Learn and grow fast: Get hands-on training in B2B sales, negotiation, technology, and demand generation in fast-growing industries.

What we are looking for

• Winning attitude: You don’t need years of experience, but you do need determination, initiative, and a strong desire to learn.
• Interest in tech and AI: You don’t have to be technical, but you should understand how AI is transforming the world.
• Communication skills: You enjoy talking to people, making connections, and explaining things clearly.
• Structured work approach: You’re consistent and follow each step of the sales process.
• Ambition & proactiveness: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you take the lead.
• Languages: Native or fluent Spanish, and a good level of English for working with international clients.
