Requirements

• At least 2/3 years of experience selecting IT profiles.
• Good communication skills (English is a very nice to have)
• University Degree related to areas of Psychology, Labor relations or similar.
• Solid experience with Linkedin Recruiter.
• Experience working in a fast-paced organization with multiple openings.
• Able to do a good recruitment “sales pitch” to attract the best candidates.

Your role

• Management of job offers and Headhunting.
• Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, social media, networking, job fairs or employee referrals.
• Discuss applicants’ profiles with hiring managers to prepare them for the interview.
• Send the incorporation proposal to the selected candidates.
• Provide the candidates with an exceptional experience, regardless of their application outcome.
• Keep track of candidates on the company’s tracking system.
• Analyze employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings when needed.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to work independently on projects, as a member of our team.

Nice to have

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Complementary training in areas of personnel selection and/or Human Resources.
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
• Interested in:
  • Supporting projects that drive process improvements.
  • Employer branding: participation in employment forums and workshops.
  • Possibility of participating in other projects in the HR area.
