Nucleoo, we don’t just experiment with AI—we implement it where it matters. We are looking for an AI Implementation Lead who understands GenAI inside out, knows how to optimize AI for real-world business problems, and can guide clients in adopting AI-first workflows.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to build AI models from scratch—we leverage the best LLMs available. Your job is to convert business challenges into structured AI-powered workflows, ensuring high-quality, consistent AI outputs. You’ll be the bridge between clients, strategists, and the AIAIAI platform, ensuring AI implementations run smoothly, efficiently, and with real impact.

What will you do?

• Convert Business Problems into AI Solutions: Understand client needs and translate them into structured, effective prompting strategies.
• Work Directly with Clients: Guide businesses through the realities and limitations of AI, helping them get the most value out of AI.
• Optimize AI Workflows: Know how to manage cloud constraints, token limitations, LLM quirks, and build model-agnostic implementations that scale.
• Be a Technical Project Manager for AI: Oversee AI-driven projects in collaboration with other stakeholders, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in every AI-generated output.
• Train & Educate Clients: Conduct workshops and training sessions to help businesses use AI effectively, ensuring they understand how to get the best results.
• Push AI Beyond Its Limits: When models fall short, you don’t accept it—you find clever workarounds to improve performance and reliability.

Who are you?

• You previously worked as Product Owner, Project Manager, or are a hand on engineer that loves more the human side of work.
• You havean IT engineering degree / background, so you can look under the hood, understand cloud limits, rate caps, token costs and how to optimize models for optimal usage. 
• You are an AI Power User, and knows all the ins and outs of the key players and solutions. 
• You´ll interact with international teams and clients so speaking fluent Spanish and English is kind of important.
• You´re a problem solver and don´t like to say something is impossible.
• You like to transfer your knowledge to your colleagues and clients. You find it a challenge to make AI easy to understand.
• You´re a team player.
• You think strategically and are hands-on. You can think big-picture but also roll up your sleeves and optimize prompts, build workflows, and fine-tune implementations.
